Purpose & Empowerment Course for Women
Our Newest Course
In this course we will focus on developing concrete skills to find purpose, re-build self-esteem, cultivate self-worth and connect with our own, unique power.
Using Virginia Satir’s authentic communication method, we will address:
- How to improve communication and reduce conflict
- How to create satisfying connections
- How to feel there are choices and possibilities
- How to take action to make change possible
- How to be truly oneself
We are most alive when we are supported, when we have choices and when we are connected to the energy of others.
Self-esteem and self-worth lead to empowerment.
Our Approach
The Virginia Satir method is based on the six phases of transformative change.
They are:
- Making Contact
- Validating
- Facilitating Awareness
- Promoting Acceptance
- Eliciting Positive Choices
- Constructive Change
These are what make this type of coaching and mentoring so unique, powerful and effective.
